Class 2 busy at work this week!

Just take a look at all this fantastic work that is going on in Year 2 at home!


Kartikheya has been busy this week working on his English activities. 

Here he is working on his alien!

Charlie Parsons has been busy making an animated movie about the Great Fire of London which he sent to us. Unfortunately we are not able to share it with you on this blog. But what a great way to record what you have been learning, fantastic job, Charlie!

Sam has been busy learning to play the tune of London's Burning on the keyboard
and he sent us a video clip so we could see - brilliant work, Sam! He remembered that he had been with his family to visit Pudding Lane last year and the Fire of London monument that stands in memory.

 He also made a poster with lots of facts he has learnt.

Esther has also been busy designing her own alien and writing in English.

This is fantastic, Esther, what a great idea to do a Great Fire of London street scene, love the Tudor houses and figures! 

Soraya has also been busy doing lots of different creative avtivities.

Great to see Charlie B reading a book about the Great Fire of London. Did you find out any new facts, Charlie? 

Imogen has enjoyed learning about the Great Fire of London this week. Here she is watching the Magic Grandad film and recording lots of facts in her home learning book. Do you agree with Imogen that men in wigs back then looked a bit strange?

Madeleine has also been hard at work this week. Here she is doing some yoga with her younger sister.
