Monday 1st March

 Hello Class 2, We hope that you have had a really lovely weekend out and about in the Spring sunshine.  Did you spot any more signs of Spring? This is your last week of home learning before we welcome everyone back into school next Monday, we can't wait! Until then, let's work really hard this week so that we are all ready to carry on with our different topics next week when we are all back together.   Hello Class 2, We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who contributed towards the beautiful flowers and treats.  We very much appreciate that it has been a challenging term for everyone in many different ways and your kindness means so much.  We miss having all of the children in class dearly and are crossing our fingers and toes for a swift and safe return to school in March!  Hi Class 2, We hope that you are looking forward to starting your Indian Animal Stories? We have certainly seen and heard some fantastic ideas. Here are your activities for  Wednesday . Your parents will have received an email with the details for this morning's Zoom Collective Worship at 11am so please join in for that.                  Competition time! The school PTA has this week launched a virtual pet show, just for a bit of fun over the half term holidays. Don't worry if you don't have a pet though, you can still take part! The PTA are also very excited to announce that they have a celebrity head judge to help decide the overall 'best in show' - BBC Countryfile and Cotswold Farm Park's very own Adam Henson will be judging the final winner! How to enter: 1. Take a look at the categories below and decide which one you would like to enter.   Good Morning Class 2, We hope that you are all keeping warm and well. Here is your work for  Tuesday , we will chat about your story plan some more on our call this morning. Today is Safer Internet Day so please enjoy the story of Detective Digiduck and have a go at the follow up activity so that we can chat about it in our Zoom meeting this afternoon. Monday 8th February

 Good Morning Class 2, We hope that you have all had a relaxing weekend with your family.  We know that lots of you are getting tired and fed up with having to do your work at home, it is difficult.  We hope that there will be lots of activities you can enjoy this week before you have a well earned week off!  Keep going, Class 2 we know you can do it! If anyone has a photograph of them doing something they enjoy to go with our theme last week of Express Yourself , please email it to us so we can share it with Miss Johnson who is putting together a slide show for when you all return to school.  It might be you enjoying taking part in your hobby, doing something sporty, arty, musical or you playing your favourite game, reading a book, cooking, dressing up...  Hello Class 2 It was so lovely to hear all of your thoughts about what makes you AMAZING & INCREDIBLE!  If you haven't shared your work on this with us yet we would love to see it.
