Hello Class 2, We hope that you have all had a lovely weekend.  This week we are continuing with our castles topic.  We didn't hear from many of you last week, probably because the very hot weather made it hard to work!  Here is your work for  Monday , we are going to learn about how castles were attacked and what types of defence they used against their enemies. This term our value focus is resilience .  We know from talking to you on the phone and at school that you have been showing resilience in lots of ways.  You may like to watch this story which shows resilience  Giraffe's Can't Dance .  Why don't you check in on Harold the giraffe as well by reading his   Daily Diary  and trying some of the activities he has been doing during lockdown?   Here is a picture of Harold reading a lovely book which you can also watch from the link in his diary. Have a great day. Mrs Riegler and Mrs Bedwell
