Last day of half-term!! 🎉

You have achieved your Golden Time! Last coin was put in by Benjamin on Wednesday afternoon.  You all have been working so hard in Class 2 and shown lots of independent learning, kindness and helpfulness. We are very proud of what you have achieved so far and look forward next half-term.

English: we would like you write an autumn poem 🍂. If you can, go into your garden first and look at the signs of autumn or see if you can find some pictures online (with parents permission). Then once you are feeling inspired write your poem. You may want to do an Acrostic poem or try a rhyming poem. You can use these frames or write it on a blank piece of paper then decorate around it. Some of you may want to type it on the computer.

Begin by watching the video and then complete the worksheet. Here are the answers for you to check your work. 

For Golden Time in the afternoon we were going to watch a film, eat some sweets or fruit and have an extra playtime. Please have a fun afternoon doing a chosen activity that you parent agrees to maybe colouring, lego or watching a film. 

We can share some poems on Zoom when I see Friday morning and afternoon.

Keep Reading 📚 over half term and find time to listen to stories too.
