Were you as excited as us to see the snow on Sunday? We would love to see your pictures of you having fun in the snow.  Perhaps you built a snowman or went sledging, maybe you had a lovely walk or played in the garden?

Here is Mrs Riegler's dog Luna playing in the snow for the first time:

Well done to those of you who have become drone and soldier bees on Spelling Shed, great work! If you haven't played any games yet why not try this week? It is a great way to practise your spellings without any help from an adult!

Dear Parents, Normally at the end of the year, we would spend a day all together out on the field, taking part in our School Sports Day. Hello Class 2, 🙂 Here are some activities for anyone who is at home this week. We will add some more activities on Wednesday.  Monday 18th October English - Poetry 🦉🐱 Today we would like you to have a go at performing part of the poem The Owl and the Pussy Cat by Edward Lear. Begin by watching this  video  recording (which we have looked at at school) and then have a look at the  poem . Choose a verse or a few lines to read. Think about how you could perform the poem - could you use some actions or different voices? Then try performing part of the poem - you might like to do this in front of a mirror or to someone at home.  Reading 📚 Try to find some time to do some reading.
